About Joshua Condado and Colin Davis
Joshua Condado is a CRNA and a successful real estate investor. He is the co-founder of All Day Investments, LLC, and he owns and manages a portfolio of rental properties in the Green Bay area. Growing up in a medical family, Josh thought this was the end of the road for him, but he found real estate investing with his sister and brother-in-law and pioneered their way into hot real estate markets. Josh enjoys spending time with his family and friends in his spare time, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, and exploring Wisconsin. He is also an active member of his community and is passionate about empowering nurses and building communities.
Colin Davis is a registered nurse, and his journey to real estate investing began while working on a travel assignment in Northern California. He saw firsthand the financial challenges that many nurses face and wanted to find a way to achieve financial security for himself and his family. He founded All Day Investments with his wife and brother-in-law and bought his first property in 2020. After a few years of successful investing, Colin left nursing and focused on real estate full-time. He spends his free time surfing the waves of Malibu and Manhattan Beach. Colin is also a strong advocate for environmental protection and is involved in organizations working to protect the California coastline.
